This one-of-a-kind experience blends the thrill of adventure with the serenity of mindful connection in one of nature’s most captivating landscapes. From our base in northern Arizona’s Marble Canyon, each day combines invigorating hikes through remote canyons and scenic vistas with grounding wellness practices like yoga, mindfulness, and breathwork.

Start your mornings with gentle yoga or reflection under the rising sun, then venture into hidden canyons and remote trails, embracing the stillness of these sacred spaces. Evenings are for savoring delicious meals, connecting with fellow travelers around a glowing fire, and marveling at stunning star-filled skies.

This transformative journey invites you to explore not just the beauty of the Southwest, but also the stillness and clarity within yourself.

Itinerary At-A-Glance

Day 1:

Arrival & Intention Setting
Depart from Flagstaff and enjoy a scenic drive through the Painted Desert and Navajo Nation en route to our lodge in Marble Canyon. Settle in, connect with fellow travelers, and enjoy a welcoming gathering and fireside intention-setting under the vast desert sky.

Day 2:

Grand Canyon North Rim Hike & Reflection
Journey to the Kaibab Plateau for a breathtaking hike along the Grand Canyon’s North Rim. Experience solitude, awe-inspiring views, and moments of quiet reflection. Enjoy a nourishing picnic lunch before returning to the lodge for rest or gentle yoga, followed by a shared dinner.

Day 3:

Slot Canyons & Mindfulness in the Desert

Explore Buckskin Gulch, the world’s longest slot canyon, weaving through sculpted sandstone corridors. Pause for mindful moments of silence, guided meditation, or breathwork amidst the stunning landscape. Return to the lodge after a day of deep connection with nature.

Day 4:

Climbing to the Heights & Riverside Reflection

Challenge yourself with a steep ascent to the summit of Echo Cliffs, rewarded with sweeping views of Glen Canyon, Marble Canyon, and the Colorado River. After descending, find stillness along the river’s edge, soaking in the peace of the desert before returning to the lodge for a final evening together.

Day 5:

Closing Reflections & Departure

Begin the day with meditation and gentle yoga, reflecting on your journey. Share a final breakfast and closing circle before departing for Flagstaff, with a stop at Wupatki National Monument and Sunset Crater to take in the region’s rich history and dramatic landscapes.
